"Raw footage" refers to the length of the raw episode you send me, before it's edited. The 60-minute cap is there because each extra minute of raw footage is a few extra minutes of editing time, and this limit keeps pricing sustainable and fair for both of us. Most solo and interview-style podcasts fall comfortably within it. If your episodes tend to run longer, I offer per-15-minute overage pricing so you're never surprised, and if you consistently record longer, we can build a custom package that best suits your podcast.

Yes, absolutely! In fact, this is my preferred way to work, so if you're a podcaster who tends to record multiple episodes at once, I'm more than happy to work on several at a time for you. Each podcaster works differently, so we can co-create a cadence and way of working that supports you best.

This is something we can discuss on a case by case basis, depending on whether you prefer a batching style agreement or week to week. We will agree on your preferred delivery time/day etc, making sure there's enough time for your review of the episodes/assets before your publishing date, incase any revisions are required.

Every episode and asset comes with one round of revisions built in, meaning after I deliver, you get to send back any tweaks (a section you'd like re-cut, a thumbnail adjustment, a show notes rewrite) and I'll turn them around quickly. Most of the time, this is more than enough. If additional rounds are ever needed, we can explore that on a case by case basis!

Once we're up and running, I generally find regular calls aren't necessary and our agreed communication channel (usually WhatsApp or email) tends to be enough. My podcast services are designed to take as much off your plate as possible, and constant check-ins can add to your workload. That said, if you'd like ongoing calls or want to book one in occasionally, we can add that to your package and adjust pricing accordingly.

I offer a single trial edit (Tier One package only) at a low cost with no commitment, no long-term contract. Just one episode edited so you can hear what your show sounds like in my hands before you decide anything. Mention it on our discovery call and we'll make it happen!

Publishing sits in Tier 3 (and is by enquiry) because it requires being integrated into your business systems — your hosting platform, your YouTube channel, your social media accounts — which involves more onboarding time and a more ongoing, connected working relationship. Each podcaster also has a different mix of publishing platforms and cadence, so pricing needs to be tailored to what you're actually publishing where. On a call, we can talk through your setup and put together a Full Hands-Off package that fits you and your podcast.

Podcast strategy and launching is currently not included in my packages, and there's a reason for that. After working across many areas of marketing for several years, including strategy, I've found that because your podcast is a part of the wider ecosystem of your business, offering strategy would require me to be much more intimately embedded in your business as a whole. That's a different kind of support than what I'm able to offer at this time, but I'm hoping it may be something I am able to offer in the future!

Not every podcaster publishes on the same cadence — some are weekly, some biweekly, some batch a season and take a break. Pricing by episode (in 4 packs) keeps things simple and fair no matter how you release. If a monthly retainer works better for how you run your show, we can absolutely structure something that fits — just mention it on our call. I'm also happy to offer a discount to podcasters who want to book multiple episode packages or work on a longer term retainer basis.
